How an appraisal works
Four steps from first call to a report you can hand to your insurer, attorney, or buyer.
Consultation
We talk through the animal, the purpose of the appraisal, and what documentation — registration papers, vet records, show results — you already have on hand.
Evaluation
An in-person assessment of conformation, soundness, training, and performance record — or, for remote clients, a structured review of video, photos, and veterinary history.
Market Research
Your horse or equid is weighed against recent comparable sales, bloodline data, and current demand within its discipline and region.
Written Report
A signed report laying out the appraised value, the methodology behind it, and the supporting data — ready to submit to an insurer, attorney, or buyer.
